This is another one of those articles that really sparked some thinking in how I do similar things myself, but with less structure and finesse. Have a read of the link for the specifics, but the way that CloudFlare structure things as RFCs and then apply them through agents is pretty slick - and applying it to specs as well as just code, as well as running locally to speed up the review cycle, are both things I love. Solid work all round and this will definitely inspire some thinking from me in this space.
