About me
Hi, I’m Brian Farnhill and I’m a SharePoint developer! I thought I would put this page together to explain a bit about who I am and to summarise the kinds of things I do.
I currently hold MCTS [Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist] and MCAD [Microsoft Certified Application Developer] certifications. I am in the process of studying for the 3 remaining SharePoint related exams to add to my MCTS certification. I currently work with nSynergy. nSynergy are a leader in application development and implementation of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. They provide services such as custom development, migration, implementation as well as provide deliver products for SharePoint, such as myDocs.
I am a co-manager of the Canberra SharePoint user group, where we organise a new presentation each month so that we can share local knowledge an experiences around, and I have gotten so much from this group. We have a range of presenters from local SharePoint users as well as presenters from interstate and even overseas, so its great to be able to help organise something like this. I like giving back to the group that I have gotten so much from.
